Job Brief:Record and transcribe spoken or recorded information using shorthand or a steno type machine.Prepare transcripts and documents from stenographic notes for various purposes.Assist professionals, such as lawyers or reporters, by capturing spoken content accurately during meetings, interviews Responsibilities: Listen to and capture verbatim speech at a high rate of speed using shorthand or steno type machine.Edit and proofread transcripts for accuracy and completeness.Maintain stenographic records and files.Ensure confidentiality and security of transcribed information.Collaborate with professionals to meet specific documentation needs.

1. Working on daily Po's and making PO Sheet and making PI of every PO in Bussy.2. Make Daily reports of working3. Coordinate with the production team for material status 4. Coordinate with the dispatch team for all dispatches5. Coordinate with the logistic team for the deliveries6. Update the business sheet sales report date & share it with the sales team7. Sometimes make Pi on an excel sheet,8. Coordinate with the internal team for all types of discrepancy-related dispatch & Order 9. Update the attendance sheet of all promoter merchandisers & sales teams,10. Talk to promoters & Merchandiser regarding working11. Coordinate with buyer on mail for PO price escalation
