Maintaining progress reports of students, handling internal MIS system (encore), and involving day-to-dayreporting. Conduct timely student assessments. Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students. Timely reporting back on training progress at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer. Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
