your role in supplementing the organisational goals:
● responsible for conducting the english skill & digital empowerment training for the new students at the
assigned lighthouse.
● classroom delivery of content to improve students' job ucting classes as per schedule and
methodology.
● preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable to the program.
● ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.
● maintaining progress reports of students, handling internal mis system (encore), and involving day-to-day
reporting.
● conduct timely student assessments. providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.
● timely reporting back on training progress at the lighthouse to the master trainer.
● contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
● helping with students’ mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure.
● achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality.
● maintaining a pool of alumni and conducting regular alumni events and assessments.
● sharing training reports as and when required.
● supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
preferred skill sets, years of experience, and professional background:
● graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
● 1–2 years of experience in training/teaching spoken english; experience in digital skills training is an added
advantage.
● strong command over spoken and written english.
● proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools.
● experience in working with ngos, training institutes, or community development organizations is preferred.
● must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life.
● excellent presentation and teaching skills.
● ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.

● ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students
● commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation.
