Your role in supplementing the Organisational goals:
â— Responsible for conducting the English skill & Digital Empowerment training for the new students at the
assigned Lighthouse.
â— Classroom delivery of content to improve students' job ucting classes as per schedule and
methodology.
â— Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable to the program.
â— Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.
â— Maintaining progress reports of students, handling internal MIS system (encore), and involving day-to-day
reporting.
â— Conduct timely student assessments. Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.
â— Timely reporting back on training progress at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer.
â— Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
◠Helping with students’ mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure.
â— Achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality.
â— Maintaining a pool of alumni and conducting regular alumni events and assessments.
â— Sharing training reports as and when required.
â— Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, and Professional Background:
â— Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
◠1–2 years of experience in training/teaching Spoken English; experience in digital skills training is an added
advantage.
â— Strong command over spoken and written English.
â— Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools.
â— Experience in working with NGOs, training institutes, or community development organizations is preferred.
â— Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life.
â— Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
â— Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.
â— Strong and empathetic behavior
â— Ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students
â— Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation.
