Ensure amazing demo experience for the child and parent3. Conduct regular classes (post enrolment) using in-house curriculum4. Ensure timely feedback to the child5. Adhere to the schedule for the demo as well as regular classesWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?1. Excellent Teaching skills2. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal3. Ability to build strong relationships with the child/ learner and make the class fun-based learning.4. Be aware of the objectives in the lesson plan and introduces accordingly.3. Be logical and clear in presentation of the introduction of lesson plan.4. Teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan and makes use of various teaching aids, resources, activities, assignments listed in the lesson plan.5. Integrates information from other areas within and outside the lesson plan and gives relevant examples, metaphors and analogies, use of creativity, humor and imagination to establish connections with students previous learning.6. Use of effective voice intonation to communicate and instructs using correct and appropriate language and grammar.7. Maintain eye contact and moves around the class with ease and interacts with students.8. You should keep abreast of current events and initiate spirited, respectful debates amongst students. You will also be required to set and grade various assessments. Setting up schedules, lesson plans, and selecting learning material and resources that will help achieve curriculum objectives. Analysing needs, interests, strengths, and weaknesses of students, and developing lesson plans in accordance with these factors. Monitoring progress and discipline, and keeping parents and school counsellors informed of learners who need extra support. Requesting appropriate textbooks and learning aids. Attending meetings, staff training, conferences, and other ongoing learning programs.
