Senior English Teacher - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans covering grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing.

Instruction: Teach fundamental English skills, including reading comprehension, composition, syntax, and pronunciation.

Student Assessment: Grade essays, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback; and track student progress through reports.

Classroom Management: Create a positive, orderly, and participatory learning environment that encourages discussion and critical thinking.

Literacy Development: Foster a passion for literature, storytelling, and different genres to build appreciation and intellectual curiosity.

Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods and materials for diverse learners, including those needing extra support.

Collaboration & Communication: Work with parents, other teachers, and administrators to support student success.
