We are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team in Dombivli East. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to helping students improve their language skills and foster a love for literature.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Plan Lessons:** Create detailed lesson plans that cover grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing. Each plan should cater to different learning levels and foster engagement.

- **Teach Classes:** Conduct engaging and interactive sessions that encourage student participation and enhance understanding of the English language.

- **Assess Student Progress:** Regularly evaluate students’ progress through quizzes and assignments. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve in areas they struggle with.

- **Prepare Teaching Materials:** Develop and gather teaching resources, including worksheets, reading materials, and audiovisual aids to support lessons and keep students interested.

- **Maintain Classroom Environment:** Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom atmosphere where all students feel safe to express themselves.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years of teaching experience is required. Strong communication skills, patience, and creativity are essential. A good understanding of various teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt lessons to meet different learning needs are also expected. Candidates should be organized, reliable, and passionate about teaching, with a commitment to supporting students both academically and personally.
