Good communication skills are essential for discussing issues with the production team. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.Performing general electrical maintenance.Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.

To perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections on electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and assembled devices. The role ensures zero-defect manufacturing and adherence to company standards and electrical safety regulations.Visual Inspection: Inspect PCBs and assemblies for soldering defects (e.g., dry joints, bridging, solder balls) and missing, misaligned, or damaged components.Functional Testing: Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, and custom test jigs to check the voltage, current, and overall functionality of circuits.Defect Logging & Reporting: Identify, tag, and segregate defective or rejected materials. Document defect types and maintain daily inspection logs.
