Embedded Hardware Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Hardware Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded hardware systems, including circuit design, PCB layout, and prototype validation.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

* HW Requirement analysis

* Hardware design, development and debugging

* Hardware board bring-up and Design validation testing

* Circuit designing and developing of printed circuit boards

* Documentation of all the design, development and testing activities

* Verification of schematics and BOM generation

* Collaborating with software engineers to establish the requirements for the hardware development projects.

Key technical skills:

* Must have worked in design environment for complete Hardware development life cycle (HDLC).

* Must be able to understand & document design requirement at module level & functional level.

* Good knowledge of Analog, digital and mixed circuit design.

* Good knowledge component selection (Passive, Active, micro controller, PMIC, Opamp etc.)

* Familiar with hardware interfaces such as USB, I2C, UART, SPI, CAN, LIN etc.

* Experience designing with various Power Electronics Components, such as Power MOSFETS, IGBTS.

* Develop design documentations and requirements specifications for assigned projects

* Hands on experience on any of Schematic and layout design tool like Altium etc.

* Hands on experience on PSPICE tools like TINA, OrCAD, LTspice

* Good knowledge of EMI/EMC testing.

* Must be able to handle BOM stock, online ordering & communicate with vendor for pricing & delivery.

* Good knowledge of PCB design, Multilayer PCB Design (4-8 Layer) and EMI/EMC compliant PCB layout.

* Good Having good interpersonal and soft skills who can adapt to the work environment while manifesting a good positive attitude
