Be responsible to Design, develop, integrate, test and deliver Products based on Power Electronics Working on various Semiconductor Devices Like SCR/FET/SiC MOSFET/IGBT, Filter designs and EMI EMC compliant Designs Requirements on Skill, Knowledge and Qualifications Proven working in Power Electronics product manufacturing Companies Like UPS , AMPLIFIERS, DRIVES, SOLAR INVERTORS , EV CHARGERS,DC POWERSUPPLIES etc

To work as part of a design and development team in the design, procurement, prototyping, optimization, testing and qualification of the power converters and other power electronics circuits with primary focus on EV charging applications. Following proper documentation and test plans as per industrial standards during the design process. The candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work in a team effectively. This position requires support for new products as well as legacy products. Experience in Power Electronics is a must - AC to DC SMPS power topologies like Full Bridge, Half Bridge, Fly-back, Forward, Push-Pull and DC-DC Converters. Experience in circuit design using MOSFETs (Si and SiC), IGBTs, Thyristors, Rectifiers (Si and SiC), Power Management ICs (Gate Drivers, PWM Controllers, LDOs, Switching Regulators). Experienced in design of complex analog, digital, and power multi-layer printed circuit boards for high density and high parts count power supply applications (Charger, Power supply, DC-DC converter etc.). Knowledgeable in switched-mode power supply PCB design constraints: spacing requirements for high voltages and PCB track sizing for high current; layout practices to mitigate EMI issues; mounting of heavy components such as magnetics, heatsinks, and busbars. Knowledgeable in electronics packaging and design for manufacturability to minimize cost and labour content. Knowledge desirable in CAD modelling and simulation of PCB electrical and thermal characteristics.

Experience with 400Hz systems, AC to DC, DC to DC converter indigenous design, SMPS design, Transformer designs3. Load estimation, Thermal calculations, Derating calculations, Reliability analysis , Shall have done Design calculations, Design documentation, Circuit Simulation and Failure Analysis4. Hands-on 1st time board bring-up and troubleshooting complex HW and SW issues, using test equipment like Logic Analyser, DMM and Oscilloscope5. Able to understand Customer Specifications, Design as per sepc, Testing and Delivery.6. PCB Schematics design using ECAD (PADS, Mentor graphics) 7. Familiarity with Simulation tools like LTspice, Matlab
