Job Summary:Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights. Position - Multimedia EducatorThe Candidates should have good knowledge in Sketching, Clay Modeling, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator & other design tools.Must have expertise in Photoshop.Region :Delhi Roles & Responsibilities: Be able to understand nature of client issues and resolve them in timely and efficient manner. Responsible for resolving client issues via Phone and Live Chat, Email. Self-motivated and be team player. Maintain policies and procedures when working with clients and provide appropriate information. Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, procedures and standards.
