Job Requirements:- Excellent communication skills.- Conceptual Awareness (ability to understand and explain concepts in an easy manner - training provided).- Willingness to learn and carry out personal research on topics and stay updated.Job Responsibilities:- Conducting right brain activities to kids from age between 6 months to 7 years.- Interact with parents and children- Coordinate with associate teacher for material requirements- Coordinate with admin team for smooth class conductTeaching Time (Part-Time):Monday to Friday 4 pm to 8 pmSaturday 10 am to 2 pm or 4 pm to 8 pm- 6 days a week : Minimum 4 hours per day.Class Structure: 6 students per batch with one main teacher and an associate teacher Please note:- Intensive training provided. - Associate Teacher provided for smooth class conduct.- End to end material for class provided. No curriculum to be made or designed by the teacher.- Regular group and personal training sessions. - Only female teachers.

Relevant experience of a few years in Preschool or Professional certificate i.e.ECCE/NTT/Montessori Teachers Training Course.Roles and Responsibilities: Understanding the curriculum. Preparation of the class setting, translating the learning teaching methodology in the classroom teaching. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with children. Develop the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children. Ensure high quality delivery in schools. Create optimal learning environment at the school.Desired Candidate Profile:A passion for children, an obsession for quality, strong communication skills rooted in clear work ethics are pre-requisite for the role.Candidates should be Graduates with a pleasing personality, boundless energy and enthusiasm to work with children, parents, teachers and management.Teachers with a diploma in Early Childhood Education and experience in pre-school teaching, creating or the use of innovative teaching methods, international curriculum etc. will be preferred.
