Role : Educator Relationship Manager *Salary : Rs 8000 per month* *After 4 months : 12000 per month**Office location* : Patia , BhubaneswarResponsibilities:1. Authoring content for topics from Bachelor of Science Subjects(B.Sc)2. Analysing large sets of Previous year questions and creating Model Test Papers3. Review existing content(Video and Notes) and provide feedback as required.4. Rectification of errors in the existing content5. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with educators.6. Handle escalations, query resolutions and grievance management of educators.7. Be educator's point of contact in case of any account management or technical issues.8. Coordinate with multiple teams for escalations management.Key Qualifications- Masters/Bachelors in respective subjects with strong subject knowledge.- Pedagogy expert in the course. strong subject knowledge is eligible to apply Requirements:Good communication skillsMust know English and HindiReady to work for 6 days, (6th day will be work from home)
