MechanicalJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager from the Heavy Fabrication industry to manage end-to-end dispatch operations, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage daily dispatch activities for heavy fabrication productsCoordinate with Production, PPC, and Quality departments for dispatch readinessEnsure proper documentation (Invoice, E-way bill, LR, Packing List, Test Certificates, etc.)Manage transportation arrangements for oversized and heavy consignmentsMonitor loading, packaging, and material handling activitiesEnsure compliance with safety standards during dispatch operationsMaintain dispatch records and MIS reportsCoordinate with clients regarding dispatch schedules and delivery updatesOptimize logistics costs and ensure timely deliveriesLead and supervise dispatch team membersRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of heavy fabrication products handlingExperience in dispatch planning for large & heavy structuresKnowledge of transport coordination and route planningFamiliar with ERP systems and dispatch documentationProblem-solving and decision-making abilityPreferred Candidate ProfileB.E.
