We are committed to embracing innovation, forward thinking and have a plan to grow the company significantly in the coming years..Key Responsibilities (Primary duties and tasks of the position)BDE is responsible to drive new business; achieving sales target; ensure all sales and fulfillment process are executed as per agreed time frame; implement sales plan to pan IndiaSales Forecasting and Planning- Responsible for pan India forecasting and sales tracking- Increasing market share by developing new customers- Set sales target himself and reporting based on respective vertical & market- Taking initiates like promotions, offers and discounts to achieve sales projections- Ensuring minimum return from storesService Orientation- Following up with prospects for closure of sales- Providing after sales support to the customer- Monitoring and validating costs and ensuring they are within budget limits for the region- Visit retail outlets regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives- Maintaining and building relationships with customers and prospects- Engaging in ethical behavior at all timesMIS and Reporting:- Monitoring sales and related data and drawing inferences to propose future course of action- Weekly sales report from sales executives reporting to be collated and submitted t operations manager.- Maintain documentation such as contracts, agreements, with customers- Provide timely feedback regarding performance of the dealers and distributors to the concern authority- Preparing and sending collection report

-Acquire New to Bank Customers and pursue new business relationships.-Acquire new business by selling Banking products like CASA, Debit/Credit cards, IPG &Asset products.-Finding new customers from open market by travelling the local area allotted.
