Key Responsibilities:Installation, commissioning, and setup of new coding machines at customer sites.Carrying out periodical preventive maintenance and breakdown service.Diagnosing technical issues and providing timely and effective solutions.Servicing and supporting machines including:CIJ (Continuous Inkjet)TIJ (Thermal Inkjet)TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprinter)Laser Coding MachinesProviding hands-on training to machine operators and plant staff for optimal machine performance and proper handling.Ensuring service reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.Maintaining spare parts usage records and coordinating with the service team when required.Following company safety guidelines and service protocols during field activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / ITI / Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in servicing industrial machines (experience in coding machines preferred).Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel extensively for field service activities.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to machine operators.
