Hiring for 1 Civil Draftsman Job in Perumbavoor Ernakulam, Kerala, with minimum 2 Years Experience, Required Educational Qualification is : Diploma with Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Drafting etc.

Minimum 2 year experience in a commercial building work

Interior designer with thorough knowledge of Autocad and working knowledge of 3DMax.

CAD DRAFTSMAN:QUALIFICATION Diploma/B.Tech in mechanical/electrical.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Should have 1-3 Years of Experience SKILLS: Must have good experience in AutoCAD Software - 2D drafting(HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) Good drafting speed. Should be familiar with advanced commands in Autocad. Should possess Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skill . Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail. Knowledge in Revit will be an added advantage. Knowledge in using Microsoft office(word, excel, PowerPoint ).JOB DESCRIPTION: Drafting of relevant discipline for all types of layouts and details. Edit technical draughts based on the recommendations of project engineers. Ability to read and understand the design and construction drawings and generate Estimations (BOQ, BOM).Training of candidates as and when required.Documentation and maintenance of records, client coordination.LOCATION:Palarivattom ,Ernakulum.TIMINGS:8.45am to 5.15pm.(Monday to Saturday)SALARY:10k to 20k.
