- Responsible for delivering packages and parcels to customers efficiently and on time. This includes following a delivery route and ensuring all items are safely delivered.- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers during deliveries. This includes being courteous, friendly, and helpful at all times.- Ensure the safe handling of packages to prevent damage during transportation. This includes loading and unloading items carefully and securely.- Report any delivery issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately. This includes keeping accurate records of all deliveries made.- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations. This includes adhering to safety guidelines and traffic regulations at all times.Skills and Expectations:- Must have strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.- Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy packages when required.- Basic knowledge of local area and routes to navigate efficiently during deliveries.- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
