Partner with Growth Marketing to ensure campaign success. Responsible for all campaign pacing and optimisation efforts to ensure delivery is met and campaign KPIsare achieved. Design and track metrics on external and internal data, ensuring the continuous improvement of outcomesthrough an iterative process and test-and-learn strategies. Develop and implement advanced analytics approaches including statistical modelling and machinelearning techniques. Analyse big data (structured and unstructured) and understand trends to provide actionable insights thatimpact the business bottom line across the range of analytics initiatives. Display strong storytelling and articulation skills to convert the analytical output into clear, concise, andpersuasive insights and recommendations for a technical and non-technical audience Create advanced reports and dashboards to facilitate faster decision-making for acquisition and retentionteams. Should have expert knowledge in at least one of the statistical software - SAS, SQL, R, Python, ExcelVBA, BI platforms (Tableau, Qlikview)
