This position is based in Ballabhgarh and is ideal for individuals with a passion for tailoring and a keen eye for detail. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Fabric Cutting:** Accurately cut various types of fabrics following specified patterns and measurements to ensure high-quality garment production.- **Pattern Preparation:** Create or adjust patterns as needed to fit design specifications, maintaining accuracy for consistent results in garment assembly.- **Quality Control:** Inspect cut pieces for defects or inaccuracies before they move to the sewing department, ensuring that only the best materials are used.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with designers and seamstresses to understand fabric requirements and garment construction, facilitating efficient workflow in the production process.- **Inventory Management:** Keep track of fabric inventory and alert management when supplies are low, ensuring that production runs smoothly without interruptions.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have at least completed the 10th grade.
