Job Description (JD): Perform MIG, TIG, and Argon welding as per technical drawings Read and understand fabrication drawings and weld symbols Set up welding machines and select appropriate electrodes/filler material Ensure strong and clean welding joints as per quality standards Handle grinding and finishing work after welding Maintain safety standards and proper use of PPE Coordinate with fabrication and production teamRequired Skills: Hands-on experience in MIG, TIG & Argon welding Knowledge of welding techniques and safety norms Ability to work on MS, SS, and other metal materials Basic understanding of fabrication tools and equipment
