Tailor Cutting Master Fresher

As a Tailor Cutting Master, you will play a key role in our production team, focusing on the precise cutting of fabrics for garments. This position is based in Ballabhgarh and is ideal for individuals with a passion for tailoring and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Fabric Cutting:** Accurately cut various types of fabrics following specified patterns and measurements to ensure high-quality garment production.

- **Pattern Preparation:** Create or adjust patterns as needed to fit design specifications, maintaining accuracy for consistent results in garment assembly.

- **Quality Control:** Inspect cut pieces for defects or inaccuracies before they move to the sewing department, ensuring that only the best materials are used.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with designers and seamstresses to understand fabric requirements and garment construction, facilitating efficient workflow in the production process.

- **Inventory Management:** Keep track of fabric inventory and alert management when supplies are low, ensuring that production runs smoothly without interruptions.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have at least completed the 10th grade. A solid understanding of different fabrics and garment construction techniques is essential.
