Greet customers warmly, address their needs promptly, and collect feedback and data from all visitors. Build relationships by understanding customer preferences and tracking key events (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries). Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure stock availability. Train and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to grooming standards and customer service excellence. Drive teamwork & maintain discipline at stores. Communicate updates on product rates, schemes, and purity standards. Conduct daily team meetings and report showroom performance to the Store Manager. Follow up with non-purchasing customers to boost future sales. Handle crisis communication with the SPOC as required. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Assisting to another counter as and when required.
