Sales and Customer ServiceGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (key performance indicators).Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing (merchandising).Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.Manage product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.Monitor inventory and assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks.Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
