This involves taking medical histories and performing psychological tests.- Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Develop appropriate treatment plans based on assessments to address various mental health issues, ensuring personalized care for each patient.- Therapy Sessions: Provide individual or group therapy sessions, using evidence-based methods to help patients manage and cope with their conditions effectively.- Medication Management: Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, adjusting treatments as necessary based on patient progress and side effects.- Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, ensuring all aspects of their well-being are addressed.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and changes in patient status to support ongoing care.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively.
