Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, including construction, excavation, and material delivery.2. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.3. Safety Management: Implement and maintain site safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and reporting incidents.4. Labor Management: Supervise and coordinate labor forces, including subcontractors and direct employees.5.
