Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on our project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, including construction, excavation, and material delivery.

2. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.

3. Safety Management: Implement and maintain site safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and reporting incidents.

4. Labor Management: Supervise and coordinate labor forces, including subcontractors and direct employees.

5. Material Management: Oversee material delivery, storage, and usage, ensuring minimal waste and optimal usage.

6. Schedule Management: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays.

7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

8. Communication: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

9. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues, including technical, logistical, and personnel problems.

10. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, safety records, and quality control documentation.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Diploma/ITI or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 to 5 years of Experience

3. Skills: - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
