Ensure compliance of various laws and rules applicable to the manufacturing company.Maintain all statutory registers, records, and filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).Organize and document Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Committee Meetings, including preparation of notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.Coordinate annual filings and all secretarial compliances.Liaise with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and other statutory and regulatory authorities.Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, resolutions, and compliance reports.Manage compliance relating to MSME reporting and statutory filings, wherever applicable.Assist in Secretarial Audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.Handle shareholding matters, issuance of shares, and other corporate secretarial functions.Monitor amendments in applicable laws, rules, and regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation.Maintain confidentiality of company information and advise management on governance and compliance matters.
