Seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with a minimum of 2 years of experience and an I.T.I. education to join our team in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad. As a CNC Programmer, your key responsibilities will include creating and writing CNC programs, setting up and operating CNC machines, and monitoring the production process to ensure quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CNC programming languages, the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and knowledge of machining processes. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position requiring you to work from the office. Key Responsibilities:1. Develop CNC programs: Create and optimize CNC programs using CAM software to efficiently machine parts.2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with CNC machines, tools, or programs to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.5. Quality control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet requirements.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Proficiency in CAM software: Demonstrated ability to program CNC machines using CAM software like Mastercam or SolidWorks.2. Technical knowledge: Understanding of machining processes, tooling, speeds, feeds, and materials to optimize CNC programs.3. Attention to detail: Ability to meticulously inspect parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring adherence to design specifications.4.
