Hiring CNC Programmer For Noida Sector 10

Job Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC machining programs as per engineering drawings.

Prepare programs using G-code and M-code.

Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings

Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, machining strategies, speeds, and feeds.

Plan machining operations to achieve required accuracy and surface finish.

Perform program prove-out, tool path verification, and cycle-time optimization.

Make program corrections and troubleshoot machining issues.

Ensure components meet dimensional and quality requirements.

Coordinate with CNC setters and the quality team to achieve production targets.

Minimize machining cycle time, tool wear, and material wastage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant CNC programming experience.

Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, tool offsets, and machining cycles.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.

Knowledge of cutting tools, workholding, and machining parameters.

Experience in programming for precision-machined components.

Knowledge of Fanuc controllers preferred.

CAD/CAM software experience will be an advantage.
