Maintain 5S, safety, and discipline on the shop floor. Supervise CNC operators, allocate tasks, and manage shift schedules. Monitor production activities to meet daily targets and minimize downtime. Ensure adherence to quality standards, tolerances, and safety regulations. Maintain shop floor discipline, 5S practices, and ensure safe machine operation. Track tool usage, machine hours, and maintenance logs.
