Our Client Bangalore, a precision manufacturing company serving oil & gas, aerospace and defence sectors, is hiring CNC Milling Operators for its Bengaluru facility. The role involves operating VMC/HMC/CNC milling machines, loading and clamping parts on fixtures/vises, tool loading and offset correction, conducting basic in-process dimensional checks, and monitoring surface finish and tool condition. Candidates must follow SOPs and safety rules, maintain shift records, and escalate issues to supervisors. Required skills include CNC milling (VMC/HMC) operation, fixture loading, tool changing basics, basic drawing reading, and use of vernier, micrometer, height gauge and depth gauge. Freshers and experienced candidates from ITI Diploma (Mechanical/Machinist/Tool & Die/Production) backgrounds are welcome; apprenticeship-trained candidates may also be considered. Preferred industry background includes aerospace manufacturing, precision engineering, tool room, oil & gas manufacturing and CNC machining environments. Salary ranges from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month based on experience, for an 8-hour shift with paid overtime.

Our client, a Bangalore-based precision manufacturing company with 19+ years of experience serving aerospace, oil & gas, tool room and engineering industries, is hiring 25 CNC Lathe Operators / CNC Turners for its Bengaluru manufacturing unit.Key Responsibilities:- Load components into CNC chucks ensuring proper clamping and orientation.- Perform tool loading, tool changing and basic wear/offset correction.- Operate CNC lathe turning machines as per approved production instructions.- Carry out basic in-process quality checks using standard measuring instruments.- Follow SOPs, safety rules, 5S practices and rejection-control procedures.- Maintain production quality, machine cleanliness and shift records.- Escalate alarms, tool issues, dimensional deviations and safety concerns promptly.Required Skills:- CNC turning lathe machine operation and basic offset understanding.- Tool loading and tool change knowledge.- Basic drawing reading and use of vernier caliper, micrometer and gauges.- Ability to work with metric and imperial dimensions.Education: ITI in Turner/Machinist/Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical Production preferred.
