Strong understanding of production planning, preventive maintenance, quality inspection, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing practices like 5S and Kaizen is required. Ideal candidates should possess good communication, teamwork, time management, and safety awareness, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in shifts. etc.
