hiring for 3 cnc operator jobs in thirumudivakkam, chennai, chennai, odisha, tamilnadu, karnataka, andrapradesh, with minimum 1 year experience,required educational qualification is : , , other bachelor degree, any master degree with good knowledge in autocad, setter activities, cnc machines, cnc turning, cnc maintenance, cnc milling, technical skills, bending, milling, vmc operator, vmc machine operation, cnc and vmc programming, g-code, m-code, and working knowledge of fanuc, siemens, or heidenhain controls. candidates should be proficient in machine setup, tool and work offset setting, fixture mounting, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. expertise in using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial gauges, and cmm is essential. familiarity with cad/cam software like mastercam, autocad, and solidworks is preferred. applicants must demonstrate knowledge of cnc turning, milling, drilling, and grinding operations, with the ability to troubleshoot, reduce cycle times, and optimize tool life. strong understanding of production planning, preventive maintenance, quality inspection, iso standards, and lean manufacturing practices like 5s and kaizen is required. ideal candidates should possess good communication, teamwork, time management, and safety awareness, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in shifts. etc.
