As a CNC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that CNC machines are operating efficiently and effectively. Your technical skills will be essential in keeping machinery in good condition and minimizing downtime. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Machine Maintenance:** Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they are in optimal working condition, which will help prevent breakdowns.- **Troubleshooting Faults:** Identify and diagnose issues with CNC equipment, addressing problems promptly to reduce downtime and maintain production schedules.- **Repairs and Upgrades:** Conduct necessary repairs and upgrades on CNC machines, including changing parts and implementing software updates to enhance functionality.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the production team to schedule maintenance without disrupting the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance. An I.T.I. qualification is required, demonstrating a technical understanding of CNC operations. You should be proficient in diagnosing machine issues, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail is essential for ensuring all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards. Additionally, effective communication skills will help in coordinating with other departments.

1. To attend service and maintenance calls on Heavy CNC machinery like Mazak,Toshiba, Toshulin, SNK, PAMA,etc.2. Knowledge on Trouble shooting in CNC HMI screen, Electrical/Electronic field elements, CNC system parts, PLCs, controllers and accessories.3. Able to read, decode Electrical, NC and PLC m/c drawings, Ladder, etc.4. Dismantling and Reassembly with precision and expertise of CNC machine parts is must.5. Proficient in analyzing difficult situations, quick solving of problems, and applying Good Maintenance standards & practices.6. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and in individual situations.
