Machine maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance checks on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC machines.Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts and components.Installation and Setup :Install and configure new CNC machines at client sites.Ensure proper calibration and alignment of machines for optimal performance.Training and Support : Provide training to clients' machine operators and technicians on machine operation and basic maintenance procedures.Offer technical support to clients by phone or on-site to address any issues or questions.Documentation : Maintain detailed records of machine maintenance, repairs, and service calls.Prepare service reports and document all service-related activities accurately.Qualification : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a CNC Machine Service Engineer or similar role.Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, programming, and maintenance.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with CNC machine control systems and software.Effective communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel to client sites for service calls as required.
