Site Supervision & Execution:Supervise day-to-day construction activities.Ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, design, specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate with contractors, labor, and subcontractors.Project Planning & Scheduling:Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.Quality Control & Assurance:Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.Ensure adherence to quality and safety norms (ISO, IS codes, etc.).Material & Resource Management:Manage and order materials as per project requirements.Ensure the availability of equipment and manpower on-site.Technical Documentation:Maintain site records such as work permits, inspection reports, and material testing results.Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimates, and bills.Coordination & Communication:Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients.Attend regular site meetings to resolve technical issues.Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe working practices.
