Freshers For Civil Site Engineer - Surat

Site Supervision & Execution:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities.

Ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, design, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, labor, and subcontractors.

Project Planning & Scheduling:

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.

Quality Control & Assurance:

Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.

Ensure adherence to quality and safety norms (ISO, IS codes, etc.).

Material & Resource Management:

Manage and order materials as per project requirements.

Ensure the availability of equipment and manpower on-site.

Technical Documentation:

Maintain site records such as work permits, inspection reports, and material testing results.

Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimates, and bills.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients.

Attend regular site meetings to resolve technical issues.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.

Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe working practices.
