site supervision & execution:

supervise day-to-day construction activities.

ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, design, specifications, and safety standards.

coordinate with contractors, labor, and subcontractors.

project planning & scheduling:

prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.

quality control & assurance:

conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.

ensure adherence to quality and safety norms (iso, is codes, etc.).

material & resource management:

manage and order materials as per project requirements.

ensure the availability of equipment and manpower on-site.

technical documentation:

maintain site records such as work permits, inspection reports, and material testing results.

assist in preparing bar bending schedules (bbs), quantity estimates, and bills.

coordination & communication:

liaise with architects, consultants, and clients.

attend regular site meetings to resolve technical issues.

health, safety & environment (hse):

ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.

conduct toolbox talks and promote safe working practices.
