The CEO will be responsible for overseeing finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning to drive the company's success on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities: Overall P&L responsibility of our real estate development business. Streamline and optimize day-to-day operations in the area of construction, quality, vendor Management, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Drive growth & profitability in our existing real estate project + future projects. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and integrity with excellent Man management. Lead and mentor a team of sales, finance, and operations professionals. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.Minimum Requirements : Proven CEO experience of 3 to 5 years. Candidate with exceptional experience at Vice-President CRM SALES & COLLECTION or Project Head Level will be considered. 40 to 55 years of age. Strong techno- commercial Knowledge &experience specifically in Real Estate Business including therelationships with the entire broker network. Strategic vision and innovative thinking capacity and readiness to work closely with Top Team Finance & Audit. Very strong industry knowledge and business acumen. Extremely result-oriented and must possess the ability to get the work done from all cross functional department personnel.As CEO of this business vertical- you will report directly to the Board of the Company. Your compensation will be the best in the industry up to 1cr .
