This role requires an experienced leader with exceptional business acumen and the ability to manage and optimize coding, billing, and collections processes.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:Oversee RCM Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the RCM division, ensuring efficiency and compliance.Monitor KPIs: Assess the effectiveness of RCM processes through key performance indicators.Ensure Accuracy: Oversee timely and accurate billing, coding, collections, and reimbursements.Process Improvement:Identify Improvements: Determine areas for process enhancement and implement best practices.Utilize Technology: Enhance operational efficiency through technology and automation.Improve Patient Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance the patient billing experience.Financial Oversight:Manage Budget: Develop and oversee the RCM budget to meet financial goals.Analyze Data: Review financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.Ensure Reporting Accuracy: Collaborate with the finance team for accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
