financial management:

manage the company's budget, financial plans, and performance metrics, ensuring profitability and financial stability.

technical oversight:

possess a strong technical understanding of solar power plant design, procurement, installation, and maintenance.

compliance and regulatory affairs:

ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, and manage relationships with regulatory bodies.

stakeholder management:

build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, clients, and other stakeholders.

team leadership:

lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

business development:

ideal candidate profile:

education:

bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
