We are looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking Female Counter Sales Assistant to manage our retail store operations in Indirapuram. The ideal candidate should live nearby, have a pleasant personality, and be comfortable talking to customers. Freshers are highly welcome to apply! Key Responsibilities:Customer Handling: Greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, show products politely, and help them make a purchase.Daily Shop Operations: Handle opening the shop in the morning and closing it safely at night. Keep the store neat, clean, and organized.Stock & Inventory: Keep a check on product displays, restock shelves when items are low, and report missing inventory.Basic Billing: Handle cash and digital payments (UPI) at the counter accurately.Occasional Travel: Willingness to occasionally travel for shop-related requirements or outdoor product exhibitions if needed (travel allowance will be provided). Requirements & Skills:Gender: Female candidates only.Education: 10th pass or 12th pass minimum.Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers who are eager to learn are welcome!).Language: Good conversational Hindi. Basic English reading skills (to read bills and product labels) are a plus.Commute: Must reside in or very close to Indirapuram (Vaibhav Khand, Niti Khand, Shakti Khand, Nyay Khand) for easy daily commuting.
