Key responsibilities include coordinating with airlines and cargo handlers to ensure smooth operations, monitoring and tracking cargo shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the process. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring their cargo is handled with care. To excel in this role, you should have basic knowledge of cargo handling procedures and airport logistics operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are also essential for this position.
