We partner with growth-stage and global companies in the Tech, Life Sciences, and Consulting sectors.We blend business consulting and talent strategy to help organizations assess, advise, and accelerate through leadership alignment and impact-driven hiring.________________________________________Role OverviewAs Country Head India, you will be the face of the company in India, responsible for building the business, leading strategy execution, and scaling operations. You will work closely with the Founder and global stakeholders to drive growth through premium consulting and hiring mandates.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Leadership Own and drive the India P&L, revenue, and profitability goals. Lead Indias strategy, GTM, and client development roadmap. Represent the firm at industry events, business clubs, and strategic forums. Client Advisory & Engagement Lead strategic discussions with CXOs and founders across India and global markets. Advise clients on talent strategy, market entry, leadership alignment, and cross-border hiring. Ensure delivery excellence through team oversight and senior-level involvement in key mandates. Team & Operations Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team. Set up and optimize internal systems, processes, and SOPs. Coordinate with consulting partners, researchers, and external advisors. Japan-India Corridor & Strategic Projects Manage and grow cross-border projects involving Japanese clients entering India or Indian clients expanding to Japan. Collaborate with the Japan office on corridor consulting, leadership hiring, and market entry advisory.________________________________________Key Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in consulting, strategic hiring, or business advisory. Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience. Experience working with CXOs and global clients, especially in high-growth sectors. Deep understanding of talent strategy, hiring advisory, or organization consulting. Cross-cultural competency (especially JapanIndia business practices). Preferred Experience in a startup or scale-up environment. Familiarity with Life Sciences, Tech, or Consulting industries.
