Hiring: Lead Generator & Revenue Growth Specialist

Work Mode: Remote + On-Site | Compensation: Pure Commission-Based

About the Role

Rykaar Real Estate Firm is looking for confident, motivated, and result-oriented individuals who can generate quality leads, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful business deals.

We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working remotely as well as attending on-site meetings, property visits, and client interactions when required.

Key Responsibilities

Generate quality leads from property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants.

Connect with potential clients through calls, networking, and other lead-generation channels.

Pitch Rykaar Real Estate Firm professionally and build client trust.

Identify genuine property requirements and qualify potential clients.

Follow up consistently with leads and convert prospects into successful deals.

Coordinate with on-site agents, property owners, and clients to facilitate closures.

Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular progress updates.

Attend property visits and client meetings whenever required for on-site assignments.

Candidate Requirements

Confident communication and negotiation skills.

Strong interest in sales, lead generation, and deal closing.

Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.

Comfortable communicating with property owners, buyers, and investors.

Willing to work remotely and participate in on-site activities as required.

Freshers are welcome; training and guidance will be provided.

Commission Structure

Earn 25% commission on every successfully closed deal, subject to the firm's commission policy and applicable terms.

100% performance-based earning potential.

No fixed salary; compensation is commission-based.

Higher earnings are possible through consistent lead generation and successful deal closures.

Commission is payable as per the firm's agreed terms following successful closure and receipt of the applicable revenue.
