Manage a team of Sales Managers (SMs) on daily basis to meet or exceed business goals. Assist / Support SMs with activity management and review their performance on a weekly basis. Communicate deadlines and goals to team members. Allocate resources, Assign Business and supervise activities of SMs. Identify skill gaps and assist on joint calls with team members (SMs). Address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed.Job Required Skills:- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience Rural network connectivity Allotted district experience Min 5+years of experience in Life Insurance (Preferably Direct)
