Standard Cost Management: Establish and regularly review standard costs for all manufactured commodities, investigating and explaining significant variances between actual and standard costs. Data Management: Maintain the costing database and ERP system with current material prices, labor rates, and machine burden rates for pressing, welding, and powder coating operations. Profitability Analysis: Analyze product margins and support sales teams with data-driven recommendations for pricing strategies and make-or-buy decisions. Continuous Improvement: Identify cost-reduction opportunities by analyzing bills of material (BOMs), optimizing process routings, and evaluating alternative manufacturing methods
