Source a quality portfolio.Job Duties & Responsibilities Achieve allocated sourcing budget (New to Bank) in terms of numbers and value on a daily basis. Map the assigned area to identify its potential. Create activity-based leads to acquire NTB (New to Bank) customers. Log daily leads into the lead management system. Meet a minimum of 10 new customers daily and record the DSR (Daily Sale Report) both digitally and physically. Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers by coordinating with branch staff. Educate customers about scheme details, interest servicing, and renewals. Maintain a diary and keep appointments and dates promptly.
