Bank Reconciliation Job Vacancies in Mulund West

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using Tally or accounting software.Prepare and process invoices for import/export shipments.Maintain records of the accounts and other statutory documents.Reconcile CHA job files with customer billing and vendor payments.Manage accounts payable/receivable, banking entries, and petty cash.Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance.Coordinate with internal departments (operations, documentation, etc.) for timely billing.Prepare MIS reports, aging analysis, and outstanding reports.Follow up with clients for payment collections.Assist in internal and external audits.

Recording, verifying, and consolidating transactions; preparing financial statements; and reconciling accounts Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, and other financial reports Ensuring compliance with legal accounting standards and internal and external controls Should be well versed with Tally ERP / Prime Providing advice to management and addressing client issues. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending Assist with tax audits and tax returns Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Preparing & Maintaining Vouchers. Bank Reconciliation. Maintaining Soft copies of Sales, Purchases, Expenses & etc Preparation of Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Account. Calculation of Goods and services Tax Filling of GST Returns Tax GST Annual Audit Preparing & Filling TDS return each and every quarter Accounting of Company (GCT) & also of the proprietor Finalization of Books of Accounts Communicating with the CA and compiling document as per their requirements Communicating with ROC relating to company formation, closer formalitiesITR Filling All Accounts related work

Responsibilities :1. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded2. Bank Work as per Requirements3. Assist with other accounting projects4. Assist seniors in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings5. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports6. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed7. Maintain Daily Expenses and vouchers records8. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines9. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations10. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices11. Maintain all Documents related to Accounting and Banking Process12. Submit Daily Bank account and Cash Status to the Directors13. Coordinate with CA for all processes related to accounting work14. Maintain GST records and process payments on a monthly basis. 15. Book KeepingIMPORTANT:- Minimum 2 years of experience (Proven working experience in Accounting)- Full-time job - Job Location: Mulund West- Probation for 3 months - Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm. Sunday off. Monthly 2 Saturdays off. Sunday off is compensated with extra salary/weekday off if the candidate is working on Sunday
