Data entry and record keeping:Maintaining accurate financial records by inputting transactions into accounting software. Account reconciliation:Verifying the accuracy of financial data by reconciling bank statements and other accounts. Preparing financial statements:Generating balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports as per accounting standards. Basic auditing procedures:Performing preliminary checks on financial records to identify potential discrepancies or errors. Tax computation and filing:Calculating income tax liabilities and preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses. Budgeting and forecasting:Assisting in creating and monitoring budgets to track expenses and project future financial performance. Cost analysis:Analyzing production costs to identify areas for efficiency improvement. Internal control review:Evaluating the effectiveness of a company's internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Job Description Upto 4 years of experience in AccountingMust have knowledge of Excel and Advance Excel is preferred Maintaining MIS & other reportsHands on Experience with Tally ERP9Knowledge of GST standards Should have knowledge of journal entriesUpdate accounts receivable & account payable and perform reconciliationsAssist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelinesUpdate financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when neededAssist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closingsAssist with other accounting projectsWe are looking for a team member who Must be Graduated in Commerce Field i.e B.com & M.com Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices Excellent knowledge of MS Office and must be familiar with MS ExcelMust have certification of tally ERP9 Software Good Communication skills
