The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality technical drawings and detailed shop drawings for interior projects, ensuring alignment with design concepts, client specifications, and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD based on interior design concepts.Develop comprehensive layout plans, furniture placement, ceiling details, wall elevations, joinery details, and lighting plans.Convert conceptual sketches and specifications into technical drawings for execution and approval.Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, engineers, and project managers.Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, building codes, and regulations.Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation after project completion.Requirements:Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop is a plus).Proven experience in interior design drafting, particularly in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.Strong knowledge of architectural and interior detailing, materials, and finishes.Ability to read and understand design briefs, sketches, and construction documents.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines.
